THE RACE IS ON!
As of 8:51 AM this morning, per the Provincetown Harbor Master and the GPSR Race Committee, the 7th Annual Great Provincetown Schooner Regatta is on. Hurricane Hanna has been down-graded to a tropical storm. Please call the Harbor Master's office with questions or concerns. 508-487-7030
We will sail as scheduled at noon on Saturday. ALL EVENTS ARE GO! Indoor, outdoor, land or sea, we are on.

The Steamship Authority announced they will be offering free parking for anyone taking a day trip to Nantucket starting August 23, 2008 until October 17, 2008.
The parking rates are normally $10 - $15 per day. The Steamship Authority will be offering free parking at
all Hyannis parking lots including the Hyannis Terminal, and off-site at the Lewis Bay Lot and Yarmouth
Road Lot.

Belfry Inn and bistro welcomes new chef
Chris Wilson, owner of the Belfry Inn and Bistro welcomes new Executive Chef, Gilbert Pepin. Chef Pepin started his career in Paris, France and joined the Regatta Restaurant on Cape Cod in 1986. He was involved in the Regatta's successful expansion. In 1993 he had an opportunity to work in Australia and then Hawaii. For the past five years he was Co Owner of the highly successful Restaurant 902 Main, on Cape Cod.
As the Belfry's Executive Chef he will also oversee the culinary staff at the Painted Lady Cafe. To read more about the Belfry Inn and Bistro, click here:
