A native of the Loire Valley and a veteran of the New York restaurant scene, executive chef/owner Frederic Feufeu brings "a bit of France" to Cape Cod with his restaurant, Bleu. The bistro opened with rave reviews and is now celebrating its fifth year. Among the numerous awards that Bleu has received are four consecutive Wine Specatator Awards of Excellence.
According to the 2007/08 Zagat Guide "Chef Frederic Feufeu does an outstanding job... producing country-style, hallmarks and inspired plates." After giving Bleu her highest rates, restaurant critic Terry Ward Libby said, " Bleu is the kind of place you sink into for an evening- and end up feeling like you've really been somewhere."
