Several carriers offer a year-round schedule of direct flights between several major northeast cities—including Boston, Providence and New York – and Cape Cod’s Hyannis Airport, as well as the islands of Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket.

Ground transportation services, including taxis, car rental companies and buses, are available at each local airport. High-speed ferry service is offered from Boston to Provincetown and between Cape Cod and the Islands. Several villages have seasonal shuttle circuits. Taxis are generally available at local airports, bus stations, ferry docks and town centers. A variety of full service limousine companies are available for airport and ferry transfers, as well as special events.
